Thanks so much for contacting me (and thank you for emailing me, I always prefer to keep correspondence via email, to make sure I don’t miss anything by using so many communication platforms like social media). 

CONGRATS ON YOUR UPCOMING WEDDING!!! 

First off,  if you already have a date set, please let us know so that we can confirm that we are in fact, available for your wedding date. We book up REALLY fast, sometimes years in advance, so before we get too far into the process, I want to make sure we can get to be a part of your Special Day. If you haven’t set a date, thats ok too, I just like to make sure before we get too far into booking only to find out we aren’t available for your Big Day. 

I am sure things are probably a little stressful right now, trying to plan a Wedding during a Pandemic! Obviously things are rapidly changing with regards to Weddings and Events right now, so obviously these will be things we will discuss further, so we are all on the same page and have backup plans in place, just incase. Hopefully, those backup plans will remain just that, a backup, but I just wanted to make sure you know we are always here, ready and willing to work with you regardless of any changes that may have to happen. If you have been planning for a while (or even for just a couple days), I know that sometimes the planning process feels like its taking forever and that there are SO MANY options and decisions, but try to embrace it and enjoy it as much as you can, because before you know it, your wedding will be here and that day will FLY BY!  Trust me, we recently celebrated our 14th Wedding Anniversary! Our Wedding Day felt like I blinked, and it was over, SO TRY TO ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF IT, from the planning and getting ready all the way past the I Do’s and dancing!!  

This is a lot of information, so grab a coffee, sit back, and take a moment to read over all this information. I want all my clients and prospective clients to be as informed as possible. This is not only an investment now, but an investment for your’s and your family's future. I want to make sure your Wedding Portraits are captured perfectly for you. OUR WEDDING EXPERIENCE

Me and my husband, Brandon, photograph all of our weddings, together. All of your Wedding Day events are covered from two completely different angles throughout the day. This not only ensures great shots of all the key events on your special day, it practically eliminates the possibility of “missing something". The way we work is also especially great for the Ceremony, which allows us to get photos of your Groom's first look at you as you approach him, but also your first look at him as you walk down the aisle, all at the exact same moment. We will get your first kiss as Husband and Wife, your First Dance together, as well as all the other sweet and special moments in between, all from two completely different perspectives. 

We are licensed and insured to do weddings (and other types of sessions) in North Carolina, and beyond. We have been in the wedding game a while, we know all the plays and can anticipate the next move, and know how to, not only watch out for any issues that may arise, but spot them before they happen. We love getting to work with different vendors, and are used to working together with regards to timelines, planning, and the actual day itself. We can also recommend other vendors, should you need one- ex. videographers, venues, etc. 

We will create a custom timeline for your Wedding Day Photography, so everything runs smoothly and we have plenty time to getting the photos you want while still giving you plenty of “down time” so you can EXPRIENCE and ENJOY your Wedding.

We will also attend your Rehearsal the night before your Wedding (just the walk-through portion, not the dinner, so you don’t have to feed us ;) ) so that we can help with Bridal Party placement, Bride & Groom placement during the “events” of the ceremony (sand ceremony, unity candle, etc), details and decorations, as well as game plans, coordinate final timelines and go over any important information together before your Big Day. 

Of course, we are always just an email away throughout this entire process, should you have any questions or need any help with planning, vendors, scheduling things, etc. We can also design and order your “Save the Date” cards/magnets, etc for you, as well as Invitations + RSVP's, Thank You cards for after the wedding, etc.

COMPLIMENTARY ENGAGEMENT SESSION

You will see that Engagement Sessions are included complimentary with some of our Wedding Collections. We fully believe in working with you and your soon-to-be PRIOR to your Wedding Day. Even if you have already had some sort of “engagement photos” taken, I strongly urge you to take advantage of this complimentary session, it is at no additional cost! I know that when we get to work together BEFORE your Wedding Day, not only will we get to know each other’s personalities, but it takes a lot of the anxiety out of the way prior to your Wedding. By doing this, you will both be so much more relaxed in front of the camera on your Big Day and trust me, that will show in your photos. 

It also gives us a chance to really get to know each other, it helps us know your peronsal style and go over some of your likes and dislikes so we can better photograph your Wedding Day. It helps us see how you and your Groom interact with each other, which is extremely helpful when it comes to posing. Let’s say your not a super  “lovey dovey” couple, we like to know that prior to the wedding so we don’t put you two in those type poses during your Bride & Groom portraits, which obviously would cause you to feel and look awkward. You don’t choose your Groom and meet for the first time on your Wedding Day, and I believe the same concept should apply to your photographers. This also gives us a “dress rehearsal” to help your Wedding Day run perfectly. We will go over particular poses, to help posing run smoother on your wedding day, go over any of your concerns in person, and for you to get completely comfortable working with us.

Remember these photos will be one of the only physical things left after your Wedding- once the music ends, all the cake has been eaten, and the flowers have wilted, all you have left other than your memories, are your Wedding Portraits. These portraits will be your legacy, these photos will be passed down to your grandchildren one day, and for generations to come. We want to make sure you are just as much in love with your Wedding Portraits, as you are your husband. 

We don’t want to just photograph your wedding well, we want to knock it out of the park!!!

WEDDING COLLECTIONS

Below, are some of our most popular Wedding Collections. We also offer additional items: Print Package Collections and A La Carte add-on items, such as Photo Albums, Keepsake Print Boxes with Prints, Wall Art, etc. (pricing for these add-on options are listed a few sections below).

We are strong advocates for PRINTED PORTRAITS!! We want to offer more than just a USB drive with your Wedding Portraits that will just sit in a drawer somewhere. We love to see the look on your's and your Grooms’ face when you see your Bridal Portrait printed as a large peice of wall art, or flipping through your Leather Photo Album filled with all your favorite Wedding Portraits. We love to see you decorate your home with your favorite portraits and share them on social media! We love being able to offer tangible products along with digital files! Some of our Collections include printed products, but we can add-on any Printed Products that you want to your chosen Wedding Collection. You can also choose to purchase Printed Products after the Wedding, if you prefer. Once your Wedding Day images have been edited, you will receive the log-in information to your password-protected Online Wedding Gallery so you can view your portraits (online) and purchase any additional Printed Products, if you choose. You are welcome to share the log-in information with your family members, so they can order/purchase their own Prints, Printed Products, Wall Art, etc. Online Galleries make it easy for you and your family to place orders at your convenience. All orders are placed and paid for online through the gallery. Once your order has processed, it will be placed with the print lab and available for pickup from my Home-Studio once it has arrived from the Print Lab.

We can also customize a Wedding Package for you, if needed. We love being able to work with our clients to suit their specific needs or budget. We do offer payment plans for Wedding Collections, which we can discuss further if need be. We will do everything within our power to make sure your day is as amazing and special as it should be! 

 ENGAGEMENT + BRIDAL PORTRAITS PRODUCT PRICING INFORMATION

I always want my clients to have the images they want, and the products they want. If you select a Wedding Collection that includes Engagement Portraits, or also includes Bridal Portraits this section is for you. 

Each of the included Portrait Sessions covers everything up until the session (planning, email consultation, etc.) as well as your time with me at the session itself, and 5 Complimentary Digital Files selected from your Online Proofing Gallery. Your proof images will be uploaded to a password-protected Online Proofing Gallery for you to view your proofed images (along with a couple fully edited images), make your image and product selections and purchase your final products (if you choose to purchase anything in addition to the Complimentary 5 Digital Files). 

For the final products, I offer a lot of different options. I want my clients to be able to purchase the products you want and what works best for you and your specific needs. Some of the options/products I offer for purchase are:

These final products are purchased in addition to the Wedding Collection, which allows you to purchase exactly what you want, and not things you don’t, since everyone’s wants and needs are different. 

Print Package pricing starts at $100, High-Resolution Digital Files on a USB Drive start at $200 and varies based on the number of images you choose to purchase. USB Drives include high-resolution images, a personal print release allowing you to print your images for personal use, and watermarked web-sized images to use online and on social media. I also offer high quality Wall Art starting at $125, Photo Books, Holiday Cards, and more.

PRINT & PRODUCT PRICING

You can choose to purchase additional items like Print Package Collections, Photo Albums, Wall Art, etc added onto any Wedding Collection using any of your Wedding Day Portraits. 

In addition to the 5 Complimentary Digital Files included with select Wedding Collections, you are able to purchase additional Digital Files, Prints and other Printed Products from your Online Proofing Gallery. Your images will be uploaded to a private, password-protected Online Proofing Gallery. You can select which images you want for your 5 Complimentary Digital Files, and if you choose to purchase anything in addition, you can select which images and which products you want to purchase from your Online Proofing Gallery. This process allows the most flexibility and allows my clients to purchase the exact products they want and love from a wider selection of images from your Session. Proofs are not fully edited, only minor adjustments have been made (cropping/leveling, slight lighting and color-correcting, etc.) once you have placed your Order, your selected images will be added to my Editing Wait List and edited in line with my other sessions.  These items are paid for at the time you place your order and are purchased in addition to the Wedding Collections, as covered above.

SCHEDULING A BRIDAL CONSULT (to discuss everything in person)

If you look through our work and information, and like what you see and would like to talk further about your Wedding, we can schedule a Bridal Consult, there we can discuss the different Wedding Collections, you can see some of the Print Products we offer, in person, as well as ask any questions that you may have. It is usually easier to discuss the different Wedding Collections we offer in person, what is included, and go over any other information or questions as they come up. Just let us know and we can get you on the schedule.

BOOKING INFORMATION

When you are ready to book and secure your Wedding Date with us, we require a Non-Refundable Retainer (25% plus tax, of whichever Wedding Package you choose) and a Wedding Portrait Contract to be signed. By doing this, it not only secures your Wedding Date on our calendar, but it also locks you in at the current pricing (at the date of contract signing) and will not change, regardless of pricing changes in the future, as long as all terms of the contract are upheld by the Client. The remaining balance is due atleast 30 days prior to your wedding date.  All this information is covered in the contract, which we will go over together at the Bridal Consult.
